Regulatory Track Record
Proven history of successful regulatory submissions and inspections across multiple jurisdictions. Must demonstrate experience with hormone therapeutics and familiarity with endocrine-specific regulatory requirements.

GMP Certification
Current GMP certification from TGA, FDA, EMA, or equivalent
regulatory bodies. Must maintain active quality systems with documented continuous improvement programmes and clean inspection history.

Technical Capabilities
Expertise in bioidentical hormone formulation, including micronisation techniques, stability optimisation, and bio availability enhancement. Analytical capabilities for hormone quantification and impurity profiling.
4.
Flexibility & Scalability
Ability to support Phase 2 clinical supply with smooth transition to Phase 3 and commercial-scale production. Willingness to accommodate protocol amendments and formulation optimisations as development progresses.

Quality Culture
Demonstrated commitment to quality-by-design principles, with robust deviation investigation systems and proactive risk management. Cultural alignment with BioBel’s patient-first philosophy.

Geographic Consideration
Preference for Australian or EU-based facilities to optimise regulatory pathways and supply chain efficiency. Must have capacity for global distribution and export documentation.
